Uninstalling WangYuYun

Before You Uninstall

1. Disconnect. Tap disconnect in WangYuYun and make sure the VPN is off before quitting. Uninstalling while connected can leave an orphaned VPN profile on the system.
2. Nothing to cancel. Plans are one-time purchases that never renew, so uninstalling does not affect billing and there is nothing to cancel in the App Store. Your remaining service time stays with your account.

Per-Platform Steps

iOS

1. Touch and hold the WangYuYun icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App, then Delete App;
2. Open Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, and delete the WangYuYun VPN profile if it is still listed;

Android

1. Touch and hold the WangYuYun icon and choose Uninstall, or find it under Settings, Apps;
2. Open Settings, Network & internet, VPN, and remove any leftover entry using the gear icon;

macOS

1. Quit WangYuYun from its menu bar icon;
2. Open Finder, Applications, and move WangYuYun to the Trash, then empty it;
3. Open System Settings, VPN, and remove any configuration named after WangYuYun;
4. For a full clean-up, delete ~/Library/Application Support/WangYuYun and the matching preference file in ~/Library/Preferences.

Windows

1. Quit WangYuYun from the tray icon;
2. Open Settings, Apps, Installed apps, find WangYuYun, and choose Uninstall;
3. The uninstaller also removes the virtual adapter and service. If networking behaves oddly afterwards, a single restart resolves it;
